Snooki Drops 50 Pounds After Baby — Should She Stop Losing Weight?


Motherhood has definitely changed Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi‘s ways – she has traded in her partying days to now spend her time focusing on her baby boy Lorenzo, and getting healthy for the sake of her family! But fans of the petite reality TV star are worried that she’s getting too thin.

Snooki’s commitment to hitting the gym is a relatively new development for the 4-foot, 8-inch proud mama.

“I would like to work out more because I didn’t work out at all when I was pregnant just cause I had no energy,” she told . She also revealed that she has been training with a personal trainer since last Halloween.

Snooki herself responded to the public’s reaction to her shrinking frame, tweeting, “Everyone’s saying the ‘new fit me’ isn’t what I’m suppose to look what. I wasn’t always a fata** kids. Get used to my fitlife, cause I love IT.” Losing baby weight is a whole different process than slimming down for other reasons — and fans may be worried that Snooki, 25, is slipping back into her past struggles with anorexia.

She has denied all rumors of eating disorders, acknowledging that her emphasis is now on getting healthier rather than just on dropping the pounds. “Strong is the New Skinny” the tiny star tweeted along with a photo of herself flexing her muscles and wearing a shirt with the same phrase.

In April, Snooki told :

I go to the gym five days a week and I eat healthy. I eat chicken, I eat salads, I eat vegetables, I just eat healthy and one day a week, I have my ice cream and my chips — but then the next day I go even harder at the gym. So I still live life but a healthier life.
