“They were both single and started dating recently,” a source close to the couple tells PEOPLE.  Henry recently ended his 10-month relationship with actress Gina Carano in May.

“It’s just the beginning stages of a relationship and they’re having a great time,” the source adds.

“They are totally hot for each other,” a friend tells Us Weekly. Henry is “a massive Big Bang Theory fan” and “has always wanted to date her,” another source says.

So what attracted these two sexy stars to each other? Well, Henry said in June that ”what really matters is that people be themselves. If women are confident and happy, they are going to attract someone who is like minded rather than trying to be something else.”

“That’s very important, to love yourself and be happy with who you are,” he continued telling PEOPLE. “That quality is incredibly sexy and incredibly attractive.”

Kaley, 27, must be very happy with who she is because she reportedly attracted the hunky actor, 30.

The actress also may have dropped a hint, regarding her new relationship, to her Twitter followers on June 14. She tweeted a photo of herself looking at a Man of Steel poster, and urged her fans to see the Superman reboot. “It’s fantastic in every way,” she said.
