Justin, 19, came under fire when he was filmed peeing into a restaurant mop bucket and cussing at a picture of the former president.

Justin has since apologized, and when discussing the apology, Conan said there is “no plan on when Bieber plans to call everyone who has heard his music.” Ha!

Then, Conan — who’s mind is clearly in the gutter — said that after Justin apologized to Bill, “Clinton apologized for what he did to a picture of Selena Gomez.”

Conan then showed a series of fake tweets from the Biebs to other celebs, and they read as;
