So much Bieber drama so many time..

And in the recent update the manager of JB Scooter Braun wants Justin to enter Rehab for his partying, pod smoking and drinking issues. A source who's close to the teen star told redar online. ''Justin is hanging out with the wrong people. Its been one incident after another with him and Braun has always been very supportive and still is. But now scooter wants him go to rehab to get his act together. Justin needs to get away from the bad influences in his life''

He's right Rumors will always be rumors but we have seen Justin out and about partying drinking and in his first instagram video he was super high ! Soo is there a problem or is he just a teenager ?
